Putin Met Shell Head
    The Russian President Vladimir Putin met on Monday the head of Royal Dutch/Shell, Philip Watts, and promised him that Russia will created a favorable investment climate for his company.
    Shell is one of the biggest foreign investors in Russia with its $10 billion oil and gas project on the Russian Sakhalin Island.
    Putin also invited Shell to become part of proposed natural gas pipeline which should run from Russia via the Baltic Sea to Western Europe.
